I've been searching the web and have found these sites that say they can get you beta testing jobs. Are these sites worth anything? Or is it just a ruse?

if you look the site over well enough you can probably tell if it's a ruse or not. for the most part i think they are. your best bet for finding a video game test job is if you live or know a company building that makes games. and then there is always craigs list

As in paid beta testing? I don't know. If you get lucky though, there are good opportunities here and there to test cool stuff for free!

Well, years ago I signed up for betatesting EVE Online (back when mmorpg was the newest thing) I found out about that through a banner ad. Youd think they'd let testers play for free now, but nope!

they do. i close beta test a bunch of games. it's not that hard. but that's only MMORPGs

these are the two best sites to get them from. this one for MMORPG's only
