VB DES Encryption/Decryption help.

Hey guys,
I am doing this encryption program as a university project using visual basic. My problem is, the decryption part messes up. it decrypts the text partially sometimes and at others fully. I have tried different password combinations (numerical only, alphabet only, mix) and they seem to be affecting the rate of decryption and its extent. I am desperate for help because I cannot see where the problem is.

Wish, i could help but i don't understand VB code. I Actually like learning encryption and decryption. (ya i know I'm crazy)
